Land for Sale in Kedungu

Kedungu is the stretch of coast west of Pererenan and Seseh, where the shoreline continues on into Tabanan. It is known for its beach and surf, with rice fields running close to the sea, and it has a more rural feel than the busier coastal villages to the east. Land for sale here includes plots near the beach as well as parcels set back among the fields.

On the coast, small details make a big difference. Check the land zone colour shown on each listing, as plots next to each other can carry different designations, especially where fields meet newer building. Find out how wide the access road is; some plots are reached by narrow lanes between paddies that may not suit construction traffic. Ask about water and electricity connections, and look at drainage: land beside rice fields, streams or river mouths can become waterlogged in the rainy season.

Confirm the title and certificate type, and whether the plot is offered freehold or leasehold, including the remaining lease length where relevant. It is also worth looking at what is planned or under construction around the plot, because open fields beside you today may not stay open. Before buying, check title, zoning and ownership structure with a licensed notary (PPAT). Use the listings and typical prices below, and the map link, to compare what is on offer in Kedungu.
